02 / Repair leaks with less mess and less disruption

No-Hacking Repair

No-hacking repair options for toilets, tiled wet areas, ceiling leakage and surface seepage where site conditions allow.

Toilet No-Hacking Repair

Toilet No-Hacking Repair

Targeted waterproofing repair for toilet and bathroom leakage without removing tiles where conditions are suitable.

The team checks the toilet floor, wall joints, pipe penetrations and drainage edges. When the substrate condition allows, we apply no-hacking treatment to seal water paths while preserving the existing tiles and reducing dust, noise and downtime.

Key Points

  • Keeps existing tiles where possible
  • Suitable for many HDB and condo wet-area leaks
  • Fast repair path compared with full hacking
High-Pressure PU Injection

High-Pressure PU Injection

High-pressure polyurethane injection for active leakage through cracks, concrete joints and ceiling seepage paths.

Injection points are planned based on the leak pattern. PU material is injected under pressure to react with water and seal the internal void or crack path. This method is commonly used for ceiling leakage, basement seepage and concrete joint leakage.

Key Points

  • Good for active water leakage
  • Targets crack and joint paths
  • Often completed with limited surface disruption
Clear Penetrating Treatment

Clear Penetrating Treatment

Clear penetrating waterproof treatment for selected tiled surfaces, balconies and wet areas where appearance should be retained.

A transparent treatment is applied after cleaning and preparation, allowing the surface to retain its original look while improving water resistance. It is most suitable when the leak is related to surface porosity, micro cracks or grout-line weakness.

Key Points

  • Keeps the original tile appearance
  • Suitable for selected balcony and bathroom surfaces
  • Reduces visible coating impact
Epoxy Tile Grouting

Epoxy Tile Grouting

Dense epoxy tile grouting for joints that need better water resistance, cleaner finishing and stronger mould resistance.

Old weak grout is cleaned and prepared before epoxy grout is installed into the joints. This improves the water resistance of tile seams while giving the wet area a cleaner and more premium finish.

Key Points

  • Improves tile-joint water resistance
  • Premium appearance and easier maintenance
  • Useful for bathroom, kitchen and balcony joints
